What sets Bliss Collaborations apart is the way that its Founder and Principal Consultant, Roshan Bliss, infuses his deep experience and strategic orientation into all of its services.
Roshan has made an art of bringing the skills and expertise from his wide range of experiences in the nonprofit, education, social, and public sectors together in ways that can uniquely support the needs of many kinds of organizations and projects.
Roshan doesn’t fit into any of the typical consultant boxes. He’s a professional facilitator, inclusiveness trainer, and public engagement specialist who has spent hundreds of hours supporting small and large groups to learn, grow, and make decisions together.
As an experienced nonprofit professional, he spent seven years in senior leadership of two mission-driven organizations and has collaborated with countless others on everything from strategic planning to volunteer management to program design.
He’s an accomplished youth & community organizer and a policy advocate who’s helped write new laws, built strong community coalitions, and won campaigns for ambitious social change. He’s also an avid reader, sometimes an author, and a profound thinker, who has a passion for racial, gender, and generational justice along with a deep belief in the power of our collective social imaginations.
