“…let us work together.”

Bliss Collaborations is dedicated to “co-laboring” with those seeking to strengthen our communities, create more democratic decision-making and governance, and build toward a future that is safer and more just.

Roshan specializes in authentic community engagement, advocacy campaign planning, building youth-adult partnerships, and abolitionist imagination.

Consulting Services

The list of services below are some of the ways Roshan is most often engaged as a consultant, but there are many other ways we can collaborate.

Inclusive, high quality facilitation for professional meetings, group retreats, and public events, as well as decision-making & conflict resolution processes.

Custom designed educational sessions that help teams learn new concepts and apply new skills in areas like community organizing, anti-oppression, youth engagement, consensus decision-making, legislative advocacy, and more.

Collaborate with Roshan 1-1 or in small project groups to get the extra thought partnership and support you need designing a new effort, be authentic to your values, or stay accountable to your plan through regular check ins where you have the insights of an experienced change maker on tap.

Engaging, challenging, and inspiring talks for your event, class, or organization on subjects like transforming the criminal legal system, participatory democracy, social change, generational theory, and more.

Roshan has made an art of bringing the skills and expertise from his wide range of experiences in the nonprofit, education, social, and public sectors together in ways that can uniquely support the needs of many kinds of organizations and projects, and he would love to talk with you about how he can support yours.

I attended a Jefferson County student-administration forum and was very impressed with the moderator Roshan Bliss. There was a very diverse group of panelists with opposing views. Roshan did a great job of keeping the discussion moving and sticking to the schedule, making sure that all participants got equal time, and also thinking on his feet with some good questions to stimulate discussion.
